Digitizing: EMB, PXF, DST and other machine formats as agreed. Vector/redraw: AI, PDF, EPS, PSD and CDR. Editable source and software compatibility are confirmed with your quote.
How are price and turnaround agreed?
The studio confirms scope, price, revisions and delivery schedule by email before production.
How many files can I attach?
Attach your original artwork files with a combined size up to 25 MB. Files are emailed directly to the studio in their original formats, without download links.
How do I pay?
Use Pay with PayPal, enter the exact amount, currency and reference agreed with the studio, then review and approve on PayPal. The studio checks the transaction before confirming production.
How are revisions and files delivered?
Reply to the studio’s email with feedback. Completed files are sent by email or an agreed transfer method. Keep your own copies.
Are uploaded files saved on this website?
Attachments are held only in PHP’s temporary upload area during the email request and removed afterward. The studio retains the received emails and attachments in its mailboxes.
Do you support volume work?
Contact the studio with your expected volume, output requirements and schedule to discuss a suitable arrangement.
Are portfolio images production files?
The gallery shows service examples. Production files are prepared for the confirmed brief and delivered directly by the studio.
